20/20 CLUB

A unique opportunity for individuals and/or companies to support programs that saves sight… one family at a time! 20/20 Club member contributions support our eye health and safety initiatives for children and adults.

The Benefits

20/20 Club member donations benefit:

  • Children's vision screenings provided free of charge
  • Certified vision screener training
  • Financial assistance for eye examinations and eyeglasses
  • Adult screenings
  • Eye safety campaigns
  • Public and professional information and education
  • Funding of vision related research

How Does It Work?

You may make a one-time or optional monthly donation to achieve one of four membership levels:

MEMBER LEVEL — $250-$499

Your membership at this level helps Prevent Blindness do any one of the following activities:

  • Screen 125 school children, making them StarPupils
  • provide a school nurse with a vision screening kit
  • provide training, national certification and professional contact hours for 4 school nurses

AMBASSADOR LEVEL — $500-$999

Your membership at this level helps Prevent Blindness do any one of the following activities:

  • Support kindergarten readiness for pre-school children by sponsoring 2 Vision “Learn by Play” Packs for area pre-school programs
  • Screen 250 school children, making them StarPupils
  • Support the referral program for 352 students who failed their vision screening 

PRESIDENT’S LEVEL — $1,000-$2499

Your membership in the 20/20 Club at the President’s Level makes you a starpupils™ School Sponsor.

This insures that every child in 1 of Virginia’s close to 1,200 elementary schools will have their education supported through healthy vision and will become a starpupil™.

CHAIRMAN’S LEVEL — $5,000 and above

Your membership in the 20/20 club at the Chairman’s Level makes you a starpupils™ Community Sponsor.

This insures that all screening aged children in an average sized Virginia school system will have their education supported through healthy vision and will become starpupils™.
